What we collect

Agape Global Ventures Inc. (AGV) collects aggregated website usage information to understand how visitors engage with our site and to improve our services.

The types of usage information we collect include:

• Page views and the pages visited
• Approximate country and device category (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Traffic sources (which website referred you to us)
• Interactions with buttons such as “Book a consultation,” add-to-cart, and checkout
• Anonymous session identifiers used only to distinguish visits

Analytics provider

Website usage measurement is recorded through our own backend infrastructure (Lovable Cloud / Supabase). We are evaluating additional privacy-focused analytics providers such as Plausible Analytics and will update this policy if any is added.

Why we measure

• Understand which content and services visitors find useful
• Improve site performance and accessibility
• Report aggregated impact (e.g. total visits, countries reached)

What we do NOT collect for analytics

We deliberately exclude sensitive and personal information from our analytics stream. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, form field values, payment card details, or any client health information to our analytics.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. AGV never sees or stores full payment-card numbers. Order confirmation data (order id, amount, item) is stored to service your account and is not included in public analytics.
